Welcome to Illegal Motion Sports. By using illegalmotionsports.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Who can use the Site

You must be at least 13 to use the Site and at least 18 to post in The Huddle. Any content about sports betting or paid fantasy contests is intended only for adults of legal age where they live (21+ in most U.S. states for sports betting).

The Huddle: house rules

The Huddle is our community board and game chat. Talk trash about teams, not people. When you post, you agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, bully or dox anyone, or post hate speech
• Post spam, scams, ads or affiliate links
• Share illegal streams, pirated content or anything that infringes someone else's rights
• Impersonate others, including Illegal Motion Sports staff
• Post sexual content, graphic violence or personal information
• Promote illegal gambling or target minors with gambling content (betting talk stays in #Picks and is 21+)
• Try to break, overload or scrape the Site

We may remove content, limit posting or ban accounts at our discretion, with or without notice. Use the Report button to flag posts.

Your content and the license you give us

You own what you post. By posting in The Huddle, you grant Illegal Motion Sports a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable license to host, store, display, reproduce, modify (for formatting), distribute and promote your content in connection with the Site and our social channels. You confirm that you have the rights to what you post and that it follows these Terms. Your posts are public. Please don't share anything you want to keep private.

Our content

Articles, rankings, graphics, logos and the Site design belong to Illegal Motion Sports or our licensors. You may share links and short quotes with credit. You may not republish full articles or scrape the Site without permission. Scores, headlines and data from third parties belong to their owners and are credited and linked.

Picks, fantasy advice and odds: no warranty

All picks, predictions, rankings, start/sit advice and odds information are for entertainment and informational purposes only. They are opinions, not guarantees. Odds may be delayed or inaccurate. We make no warranty that any pick or projection will be correct, and you are solely responsible for any decisions you make, including any money you choose to spend on fantasy contests or wagers where legal. You agree to indemnify and hold Illegal Motion Sports harmless from claims arising from your content or your violation of these Terms.

Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Continued use means you accept the changes. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
